Interwoven Series
Made mainly out of cloth with its interwoven threads, this work refers to how individual lives today are intertwined in ways we cannot completely decipher or comprehend, enmeshed in complicated networks often not of our choosing.
Using mass-produced materials of everyday use, shaping them into an organic shape reflects further upon how urban life today is entangled with nature, whether we remember it or forget it. Plastic is also a part of this work to reflect upon the excessive, often mindless consumption of our age.
